Have you ever thought about building a bike but don't know where to start? Have you seen a custom bike and it's been haunting your dreams? Never fear! We are here to help! 


The aim of this course is to give you a good understanding of what building a bike entails, starting with deciding on a style, choosing the correct donor bike, the design process and inspiration, coatings and materials, and best practises to ensure a smooth build.

  • Engine types
  • Frame design and selection
  • Build Timeline
  • Processes - (Paint vs powder coating vs ceramic coating)
  • Materials (Metals, composites, plastics, hardware)
  • Best practises to ensure a smooth build
  • Electrics and wiring harness design

PLEASE NOTE: This course consists of three classes held on Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
